Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I saw Dr. Arata Tomori on YouTube and learned that it's good for oily skin, so I bought it. The scent is soothing, and it's not sticky, so I think it's a great lotion for summer. I've only used it three times, so I don't know the results yet, but I haven't noticed any stinging or anything.

I used the skin diagnostic machine at the store and they thought I had dry skin, but I was recommended this lotion because I have a lot of oil. The results showed that it didn't suit my dry skin, and it stinged and irritated my skin. The lotion itself is refreshing, spreads easily, and has a light texture, so I think it would be suitable for summer or oily skin. It's a shame that it didn't suit me, as I have dry skin. When they diagnosed me, I was sweating while out, so I was producing oil, and I wondered if they misdiagnosed me. It has a low rating, but I have oily, oily skin, so I love it because it's so easy to use. I use it instead of my night cream. Even if the serum leaves my skin feeling a little sticky, applying this lotion at the end of the day makes it soak in smoothly and leaves my skin feeling moisturized and smooth. I thought it was perfect for oily skin because it wasn't sticky. The texture is neither too hard nor too runny, making it easy to apply, and it leaves my skin feeling moisturized the moment I apply it, without leaving it sticky afterwards.
