Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The eye cream is moisturizing, but I'm not sure if it's necessary.
I used it when I was around 20 years old and had no problems, so it was neither good nor bad.
I've used up one bottle and am currently using the second. The first time I used it, it didn't blend well with my skin, leaving the area around my eyes completely white, which surprised me. Since many eye creams blend well with the skin, I initially hesitated to use it and stopped. I reluctantly started using this after I ran out of another eye cream and had nothing else to choose from. However, I eventually got used to the poor absorption and began to appreciate the benefits of this eye cream, so I've been using it again. Given my age, I'd been recommended the SP Eye Zone Treatment or DS Eye Serum, but I plan to continue using this even if I use other products. I'm concerned about sagging under my eyes, and while there's no visible effect, I haven't found any eye creams that claim to reduce sagging that have any noticeable effects, so I think this is enough. Since my eyes are no longer dry, they feel brighter and firmer. Because it doesn't blend well (in a good way), a small amount is enough to cover the area around my eyes, making it long-lasting and cost-effective.
It does feel like it moisturizes well, but I find it easier to use eye cream in a tube.
