How to use
h&s conditioner enhances its benefits not only for hair but also for the scalp when applied to the scalp. After shampooing, take an appropriate amount in your hand, apply it to your scalp and hair, gently massage, and then rinse. <How to refill into a pump bottle> (1) Opening. It can be easily torn by hand. * Place your hand near the top of the refill pouch. (If you hold the body, the liquid may splash out.) * Be careful of the cut edge. (2) Pour: Insert the refill pouch's opening into the pump nozzle and pour slowly. * Be careful not to let the refill pouch close. Before refilling, thoroughly wash the inside of the bottle and the pump, and allow it to dry before refilling. Because it contains many conditioning ingredients and has a high viscosity, refill slowly and carefully to avoid overflowing. If the container becomes full to the top while refilling, tap the bottom of the container 3 to 5 times to create space at the top and make it easier to pour.

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
