Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this because Kazunosuke recommended it. I wanted to use it for cotton packs, and since I use a lot of cotton packs, I'm glad it's affordable. It's very runny. It doesn't sting or anything, so I'll try using it for a while.
My skin feels clearer and smoother. It's smooth, but I wish it was a little more moisturizing.
I bought this on Kazunosuke's recommendation. You can splash it on right after bathing and it's safe to use without any irritation. It was in the changing room, so my father used it freely and his skin has become whiter! Amazing! It's affordable and available at the drugstore, which is great. I plan to continue using it with the MUJI pump head for even more comfort!
