I have naturally-occurring under-eye bags. I've been using pearl-type eyeshadow until now, but I bought this for my under-eye bags. My evaluation is a bit mixed. It's more matte than I expected, and feels powdery. It does make my eyes look plumper than nothing, but I'm not sure if it's absolutely necessary. I'll probably just need to be a little more creative with how I use it, so I'll keep using it for a while and see how it goes. The color isn't too pink and is easy to blend in.
