How to use
1: Spray the essence evenly on the areas where you have calluses and moisten them thoroughly. 2: After about one minute, use the coarse side of the foot file to gently and gradually file away the calluses, starting from the thickest areas. (If you file too hard, you risk filing away too much.) 3: When the surface of the file turns white and it becomes difficult to file, spray more essence to make it smoother. 4: Use the fine side of the file to smooth the area. 5: Wash thoroughly with wet tissue or water, and finally apply cream to prevent dryness. 6: After use, wash the file under running water and dry it thoroughly.

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
