I've been moisturizing with lotion and body milk, but they weren't enough, and my skin would quickly become dry and fluff up, so I bought this. It has a smooth texture unlike silicone, and it's not sticky or greasy, so it's easier to apply than body milk. My fingers stay smooth for a long time without feeling sticky with sweat. Even though I don't apply much, the fluffing isn't as noticeable as with body milk, which is great. I often skip using nail oil, so I'm glad this will do the trick. However, I don't like the unique clay-like scent. I wonder what the orange and lemon are like. It's not diffusible, so that's fine.
It has a unique scent. The texture seems thick, yet light. This is the first time I've experienced such a feeling with an exfoliating cream. It spreads easily, so I massage the soles of my feet and then my calves. My soles are less rough day by day, and it's fun to care for them. It's an addictive texture, but some people may not like the scent.
My heels are getting smoother. I used to love OPI's foot balm, but it seems to have been discontinued, so I was using hand cream instead. But before I knew it, my heels were getting dry...so I rushed out and bought this. They're starting to calm down a little. I'll keep using it every day and aim for even smoother heels.
I've been using Neal's Yard for many years. This balm is a hidden gem, with a creamier texture than typical balms. It doesn't exfoliate, but rather penetrates deep into the skin, deeply moisturizing and plumping up the skin. While you do need to use it for a certain period of time, massaging it between your toes at night will leave your feet feeling smooth when you put on your shoes the next morning. Even a short period of time is enough to feel the effects, making it a product you'll want to use all year round, summer or winter. The scent is one of the more unique scents from Neal's Yard, so it may not be suitable for those who prioritize fragrance. (But personally, I think it's worth using!) It doesn't feel sticky after application, so it's recommended for those who don't like sticky creams before bed. (It also makes a great gift.)
This is Neal's Yard foot cream. I use it when my heels get dry. It's a soft white cream that absorbs quickly. It also quickly heals rough heels. I'd like to buy it again.
