Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was looking for an affordable lip base and chose this one. So far I've had no problems using it.
I bought this to use at work. It moisturizes well and I had no problems using it, but it wasn't something I needed. It's inexpensive, so I might buy it again when I run out of my existing lipstick.
It's smooth and thin, so it was easy to apply. But is it really that good? It's a little lacking... I think Canmake's Plump Lip Care Scrub has a more bouncy and plump feel. This isn't a scrub, so I don't think you'll have to worry about it feeling gritty.
This is a product I would definitely buy again. I bought it to moisturize my lips, but I'm even more impressed by how plump my lips feel after application. It's inexpensive and sold everywhere, so it's easy to stock up on. The cooling sensation is subtle, but when I look in the mirror the next morning, my lips look more voluminous than I expected. There's no tingling sensation whatsoever. I have thin lips, so I usually use a pencil to add volume, and that's when I notice the difference. I don't have naturally dry lips, so the moisturizing effect is excellent, but I reapply at least four times a day, so I think it will wear out quickly. However, it's inexpensive and I like the feel, so I'd like to purchase this product again.
