It's a very fine powder. When I took the tester with my finger, I mistaken it for a balm for a moment, as it has a moisturizing feel that doesn't feel like a powder. It's easy to apply with a brush, as it comes off little by little. It's a good color that doesn't get too heavy or messy. The highlights are cute too.
