Use the included tip to apply a few drops to your eyelids, then spread evenly with your fingertips. Blending the product onto the outer corner of your lower eyelid will create a brighter look, seemingly eliminating shadows around the eyes. Applying a thin line to the center of your lower eyelid will plump up your under-eye bags, creating a more vibrant look. After use, wipe the tip with tissue paper, then return it to the container and be sure to close the cap. Avoid contact with eyes. If product gets into eyes, rinse immediately with water without rubbing. If a foreign body sensation persists, consult an ophthalmologist. Do not store in high temperatures or in direct sunlight.
