How to use
Pump the product 2-3 times onto the palm of your hand or onto a cotton pad and gently massage into your skin. If stored in a low temperature location, the contents may be difficult to dispense. If the contents are difficult to dispense, lightly tap the bottom of the container before use. After use, wipe the nozzle of the pump clean and close the cap tightly. Do not store in a high temperature location.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I use numbers 1 and 3. They're light yet moisturizing! They leave a plump feeling, which makes me realize how important lotion is. Number 1 is much lighter than number 3. Number 3 has a loose, creamy texture. If you don't want a sticky feeling, number 1 is the way to go. If you prioritize moisturizing power and don't mind feeling a bit heavy until absorbed, number 3 is the better choice. I think they're department store-quality skincare that you can buy at a drugstore.
It's a little lighter than No. 2, but No. 1 is still plenty moisturizing! I think No. 1 is enough for the dryness of midsummer. The concentrate series really leaves my skin feeling plump and supple the next morning!!
I ran out of emulsion and bought this on a whim. It's the lightest emulsion in the line. It's moisturizing without being sticky, a rare feat. However, like the elixir, it has a strong fragrance. There are many excellent products out there now that don't have strong fragrances, so I won't be buying it again. The staff at the KOSE counter at Aeon were incredibly helpful, so I ended up buying the whole line. I have no regrets and will use it all up.
I like how the lotion melts into my skin and leaves it plump and soft, but the moisturizing power of I is so low that it can't withstand dryness except in the summer, and II is sticky and causes my makeup to come off, so it would be nice if there was something in between...it's a shame because I like the product itself.
