How to use
Use 2-3 times a week instead of shampoo or treatment (rinse, conditioner, etc.). Can also be used daily. Wet hair and scalp thoroughly with lukewarm water. Spread an appropriate amount from scalp to ends, massaging the entire scalp with the pads of your fingers. Recommended usage: 4-5 pumps for short hair, 8-10 pumps for medium-long hair. Leave for 2-3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Always replace the pump with Infinity Esthe Cleansing EX. To prevent contamination, replace the pump without washing it. If you wash it, dry it thoroughly. Do not mix with water or other products. The pump will no longer lift once it is used up. Do not remove the pump until then. If you open it or air comes out, reseal it tightly and continue pumping until the contents are released. Be careful not to expose the container to direct water, such as from a shower. Water may enter between the container and the inner bag through the air vent at the bottom of the container, but this will not affect the contents. To ensure hygienic use, you will need to replace the device about three times before purchasing a new one.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
