Use 2-3 times a week instead of shampoo and treatment (rinse, conditioner, etc.). Can also be used daily. Wet hair and scalp thoroughly with lukewarm water. Spread an appropriate amount from scalp to ends and massage the entire scalp with the pads of your fingers. Recommended amount: 4-5 pumps for short hair, 8-10 pumps for medium-long hair.
