What it is
The color lasts as if time has stopped. A liquid eyeliner that is hard to come off even in harsh environments, made with unique ingredients. Kate's original brush allows you to draw extremely fine lines of 0. 06 mm. Durable liquid design made with unique ingredients. Waterproof, resistant to sweat, water, and tears. Smudge-proof, resistant to sebum and rubbing. Crying is OK. Unconscious eye rubbing is OK. Heavy sweat is OK. Excessive sebum is OK. Dense color based on black. Limited to 4 colors.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This is the best eyeliner I've ever used! I have dry eyes and they tear up easily, so I sometimes use eye drops, but this one really, really stays put! There are many liners that are said to stay put, like Love Liner and Deja Vu, but I've never found one that stays put as long as KATE. It's limited edition, so I need to stock up before it's gone... I hope it becomes a standard item, not just a limited edition!
It doesn't come off easily and the color is exquisite! It's not too dark and blends in well. I use it as a dark eyeshadow that definitely tightens the eyelashes, so I draw a line and then fill in the areas I want to make darker. It's not too dark, so it creates a natural gradation. Affordable cosmetics sell quickly, so I stocked up on two this time. If I had to say, it might run out quickly, but at this price, it's totally fine.
It's OK to cry, OK to sweat... I finally bought it thinking it was what I was looking for. But I was completely disappointed. I wrote "Sweating profusely" on it, wiped the sweat with my favorite handkerchief, and lo and behold! I looked at my face and saw that it had come off my eyeliner and had smeared onto my mask. I also had dark circles under my eyes.
