What it is
Gently cleanses cuticles that have become damaged and brittle due to external stimuli and aging. The creamy foam spreads quickly, preventing friction and snagging, preventing pigment loss and preventing hair color fading. Scalp-clearing technology removes sebum and dirt, reducing dandruff and itching, and maintaining a healthy scalp. The pleasant herbal garden scent evokes a visit to a colorful herb garden. How to use
Refilling Instructions: Always refill into a used Twany Color Keep Shampoo bottle. Do not refill into other containers. Do not overfill. Before refilling, thoroughly wash the inside of the bottle and pump, drain, and then refill the entire contents. Turn the pump upside down and depress it several times to remove any remaining liquid. Refill only after using up the entire contents to avoid mixing with other products or products with different serial numbers. After refilling, please note the serial number on the bottom of this pack. You may need this information when contacting us. For hygienic reasons, we recommend replacing the container with a new one after refilling two or three times. Do not shake or tilt the container. It will not foam or the pump will become difficult to press. (1) Hold the spout firmly as shown in the diagram and cut along the dotted line. When cutting, be careful not to let the contents spill out and avoid cutting the edge. (2) Insert the spout into the bottle and slowly pour the contents into it.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have thick, voluminous hair. Because I have a lot of hair, I use about five pumps at a time to wash my scalp, applying it to specific areas while getting one hand covered in lather. It has a unique grassy scent for a shampoo, which I was a little put off at first, but the lather doesn't go flat and I feel like it thoroughly cleanses my entire scalp. I like how refreshing it leaves my scalp after washing, but it does make my hair feel a little stiff, so I use oil or something after use.
It comes out as a foam, and the foam feels like it thoroughly removes dirt, making it very pleasant to use. It's easy to use and doesn't feel rough. I feel like my color lasts longer, too. The scent is lovely.
I was selected as a tester and have used about half of it. My hair is semi-long, thick, and curly. I bleached only the area around my ears, and dyed the bleached parts around 9-11. I think the color lasted well. It didn't seem to fade as easily as regular shampoo. I used both color shampoo and regular shampoo, and I felt like it was less likely to come out than it was then. It also didn't have a strong scent and was gentle, which I liked. However, the foam was difficult to spread, making it difficult to use. It foams up from the start, but it's quite light, so even using a foaming net didn't seem to increase the amount of product. Maybe it's my hair type, but it's usually hard to lather, and I ended up needing more than 10 pumps to wash my hair.
This shampoo comes out as a foam, but it was hard to create a lather after I applied it, which made me wonder if it was clean enough. However, after washing, my hair was smooth and not rough. As others have said, the scent is grassy? It has a natural scent.
Hmm... It's a shampoo that comes out as foam, but the foam almost disappears when you apply it to your hair, so even though I slather it all over my hair... I don't feel like I'm thoroughly washing my scalp. My hair feels a bit rough after washing, so it seems to have some cleansing power, but it doesn't feel that refreshing. lol It also smells like chemicals. I'd rather get rid of the washing sensation and scent than go to such lengths to lose color retention, so I won't be buying it again.
