Please use without wetting your hands or face. Put about 2.5cm in diameter in the palm of your hand, gently rub your hands together to soften the balm, then spread it over your entire face, blending it well with makeup and skin impurities. Once the impurities have been lifted, take a small amount of water or lukewarm water in the palm of your hand and apply it over your entire face to emulsify the balm.
