How to use
Thoroughly wipe off any moisture from your hair. (If it is wet, dry it thoroughly with a hair dryer.) Insert the power plug firmly into the outlet. Press and hold the power button for at least 2 seconds to turn the power on. Press the temperature setting button to set the desired temperature. Take a small strand of hair with your fingers, lightly pinch it on the heat plate, and slide it towards the ends of the hair. After use, press and hold the power button for at least 2 seconds to turn the power off. Unplug the power plug from the outlet and make sure the main unit and heat plate have cooled before attaching the rubber case.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
