Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used it for five days in a row when I felt like I was about to get a pimple or when I had a red pimple. It seemed like the pimples cleared up quicker than usual. It felt like it suppressed sebum, and left my skin feeling refreshed. I found it best to seal the gap with an oily lotion after using the pack. (At first, I used less lotion on my forehead, but I felt like it was a bit drying.) I'd like to use it again if I'm worried about pimples again.
This is pretty good. It doesn't leave my skin shiny the next day, but it still moisturizes well.
It's thinner than the Triden mask, but the amount of moisture is just right. The azelaine makes it a little itchy, but you get used to it quickly.
I feel like the redness of my skin has gone down, but the moisturizing effect may not be enough...!
