What it is
(1) Deeply moisturizes the entire stratum corneum. This next-generation moisturizing system, "Moist Charge Mesh," is based on sugars. It combines a highly biocompatible, soft polymer*1 with a high concentration of multiple sugars*2 to create a next-generation moisturizing system that doesn't rely on oil. The mesh-like membrane structure covers the skin surface in "points" rather than "planes," absorbing moisture from the air and gradually penetrating into the stratum corneum. This provides overwhelming moisturizing benefits without sealing the skin surface. *1 HPMC *2 Sorbitol, maltitol, glycosyl trehalose, hydrolyzed hydrogenated starch. (2) Rapidly restores the stratum corneum barrier. This complex ingredient, "Deep Barrier MIX," contains 2.5 times the amount of ozonated glycerin found in Mediplus Gel, along with barrier support ingredients (pseudo-NMF*1, pseudo-stratum corneum intercellular lipids*2, and OG action-enhancing ingredients*3). It instantly replenishes the stratum corneum barrier, while continuing to fundamentally restore it with continued use. *1 Isomeric syrup *2 Macadamia nut fatty acid phytosteryl *3 Glyceryl glucoside (3) Noise-free texture and a moisturizing sensation that exceeds Mediplus Gel. The sensations of members with very sensitive skin were verbalized in chronological order, and 61 prototypes were made to identify the best balance of moisturizing ingredients and their amounts. From immediately after application until spreading, it has a soothing sensation similar to Mediplus Gel, but once it is absorbed, it delivers a moisturizing sensation that exceeds Mediplus Gel.

How to use
Amount to use: 1-2 pumps *Add 1 more pump if you are concerned about skin problems (1) After washing your face, take an appropriate amount and spread it on both palms. (2) Using the entire palm of your hand, slowly spread it from the center of your face outwards. (3) Gently spread it from your cheeks to your face, temples to your chin, wrapping it around your skin, and finally press it lightly with your palms. Can be used as a beauty serum immediately after washing your face or as an all-in-one product.

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
