What it is
After towel-drying, this is the step that changes how the rest of your routine feels. The milky texture melts into mid-lengths and ends without heaviness, and by the time you finish blow-drying, hair has that glassy, just-treated softness that's hard to fake. It's the kind of leave-in Japanese hair care that earns a permanent spot next to the sink — especially if your hair has been through colour, heat, or a long humid summer. The cherry sweet honey scent is a quiet bonus that lingers without being much.
Ingredients
(1) Milk Honey (Hydrolyzed Milk Protein + Honey Liposomes): balances moisture for ultra-hydrated hair
(2) Keratin Honey (Hydrolyzed Keratin + Honey Liposomes): repairs damage from heat, UV and colour
(3) Royal Jelly & Propolis Extract: nourishes and adds a healthy-looking shine
(4) Argan Oil: seals in moisture and smooths the cuticle surface
(5) Hyaluronic Acid (Sodium Carboxymethyl Hyaluronate): locks in hydration from within

How to use
After shampooing and conditioning, gently towel-dry hair until damp but not dripping. Take a small amount of the &honey Milky Precious EX Repair Hair Milk — roughly a 10-yen coin size for medium-length hair — warm it between your palms, and work it through the mid-lengths and ends. There's no need to rinse. Blow-dry or air-dry as usual. For extra smoothness, follow up with a few drops of hair oil once hair is about half-dry.

I found it on sale at the drugstore, so I bought two! The cute packaging is super cute, and I love the scent. It's a moisturizing milk, but not too heavy, making it perfect as an after-bath treatment. After towel-drying, I apply about three pumps to long hair. I also use oil afterwards. It's so cute and I love it, so I'd like to use it more, but it's no longer available in stores...it's such a shame. It's easy to use, so if I ever see it again, I'd like to have it.
It has a sweet and lovely scent like candy apples, and it soaks into your hair smoothly, leaving it feeling moisturized.
The cute design is so cute, I bought it purely for the packaging. I tried it on dry hair, and it did manage to make my hair a little tame. The scent is quite sweet, so it may not be to everyone's taste.
I bought this product based on its appearance, and it's made in Japan. I love Chiikawa, so I bought it as soon as it was released without even looking at the ingredients. The packaging is cute, featuring a Chiikawa illustration, and the thick honey-like texture reminds me of Winnie the Pooh. Honestly, I wasn't impressed with how it felt to use. I have thick, coarse, curly, and wavy hair, and my ideal hair is firm, moisturized, and manageable, but even after using this hair milk, my hair remained dry and brittle. It's supposed to have a honey apple scent, but to me it reminded me of green apple. I like the scent, but I got a bit tired of it later. It's quite strong, so it might clash with other scents. I used about three pumps at a time on hair about 5 cm below my shoulders. I also used another sample hair milk in between, so it took me about six months to finish using it. I'm a little surprised that I was able to use it that much. So I think it's good value for money. Even if it were released in limited edition Chiikawa packaging, I'm not sure if I'd repurchase it.
My hairdresser at my regular salon advised me to towel-dry my hair (a little longer than my elbow, with a curling iron perm only at the ends) and then apply hair milk before blow-drying it. Finally, I finish by applying hair oil, focusing on the ends, to lock in moisture. So, I've been trying out various brands of hair milk. &honey is affordable, but I love it because it leaves my hair feeling moisturized and shiny without being sticky, so I use various types. This product comes in a limited edition bottle featuring a cute bee motif. It's the EX Repair type, so it leaves my hair feeling moisturized and hydrated. The scent is described as "a refreshing, sweet-and-sour apple scent with the sweetness of honey." It's a sweet scent that may be a matter of personal taste, but it doesn't last very long, so I find the sweet scent soothing while I'm blow-drying.
