Can be used with wet hands. Take an appropriate amount in the palm of your hand and use your fingertips to thoroughly blend in foundation and other makeup and skin impurities, then rinse with water or lukewarm water. If your hands or face are very wet, lightly dry them before use. If you use eyelash extensions, rubbing too hard can cause your eyelashes to fall out, so blend gently in the direction of your hair growth. Be careful of fire.
