How to use
1. Take 1-2 pumps of UV protector into your hand and gently spread it all over your face from the inside to the outside. 2. Apply the mini bottle of primer to the areas of concern. 3. Take some foundation onto a cushion puff and gently spread it from the inside to the outside of your face. Prepare your skin with skincare and use after applying a makeup primer.

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

@brilliage_official This time I tried the Houtari Fantasy Rechentari Crow (40) and Crayon Lip (Burgundy Beige), and they were amazing!! Powder foundations tend to be a bit dry or powdery, and I had the impression they weren't suitable for dry skin or during dry seasons, but this foundation is something else entirely!! How can I describe it... It's a little more moisturizing than traditional powder foundations (you can see this clearly by looking at the texture on the puff in the picture), and it's not powdery at all. That's why it feels so light on the skin, and the exquisite moistness is just amazing. It was a new sensation. I've tried a lot of different products, but Brilliage products always make me feel beautiful and refined. They make me feel a little more elegant♪
BRILLIAGEPOWDERY FOUNDATION LEGENDARY GLOW SPF40 PA+++. It's a unique powder foundation that's applied with a cushion puff. I've tried a few powder foundations, but this one was the most moisturizing and had the best adhesion. It blurs redness, light blemishes, and pores, and has a finish similar to that of a regular foundation and powder. When I touched my skin after application, it felt moisturized, without any dryness. It doesn't feel thick, so I can layer it multiple times to adjust the consistency. #Brilliage
A revolution in powder foundation?! It's been a while since I last used powder, but it feels so light and gives a radiant glow! I was surprised because I had always imagined it would be matte. It doesn't feel thick even when layered, yet it covers pores, and the sebum-absorbing powder prevents shine. It also keeps makeup in place. Apparently, applying it with a cushion foundation puff gives you beautiful skin! It's compact and palm-sized, making it easy to carry around.
I chose this for makeup on days when I want a more polished look! I apply it lightly with a brush after applying primer in the morning (*'▽'*)! The powder is fine, making any unevenness in my skin look smoother! It feels light immediately after application, but it holds up well until the evening, providing a refined finish (*'▽'*)
I chose the powder foundation Legendary Glow color #20, provided by BRILLIAGE. Even when layered, it doesn't feel heavy! The more layers you apply, the more beautiful your skin looks! The small cushion puff makes it easy to apply to small areas. I'm also happy that it's SPF40/PA+++. It's been a while since I've used powder foundation! I've avoided powder foundation because it makes my skin look too heavy (which didn't feel like it when I was younger, but as I've gotten older, it feels thicker...). But this one doesn't feel heavy at all, and it leaves a smooth, fluffy finish. (This is my personal opinion.) I was a little nervous about using powder foundation for the first time in a while, but it was really comfortable to use.
