Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was looking for a yellow primer to hide my redness, and when I found this non-chemical ETVOS product, I bought it. When I tried it, it hid my redness beautifully. The size is easy to use up, so I'd like to buy it again if it becomes a staple.
It's easy to use as a base and goes well with any foundation, so I bought Pink Beige last time, but I also bought Macaron Pink because it brightens and gives a beautiful color.
The redness disappears.
I bought this in the summer and used it. It felt heavy on the skin and made my pores more visible, so I stopped using it soon after. When I used it again in the winter, it was just the right amount of moisturizing and I think I've used it up for now, but I don't think I'll be buying it again because I don't feel any particular benefits.
