How to use
1. After towel-drying, detangle your hair with your fingers or a brush. 2. Ensure the power/hot/cold switch is in the [OFF] position and plug the power cord into the outlet. 3. Turn the power/hot/cold switch to [HOT]. 4. Select the airflow mode (airflow strength). 5. Select the sensing program. 6. Apply airflow to thoroughly dry your scalp and hair roots, then dry the mid-lengths and ends. Set to [SCALP] and dry your scalp and hair roots. Switch to [MOIST] and dry the mid-lengths and ends of your hair. Finally, switch to [COOL] and airflow mode [LOW], and use your fingers to apply cool air to your entire hair to style it. 7. Turn the power/hot/cold switch to [OFF] to turn off the power. 8. Unplug the power cord from the outlet.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
