Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought the Soft Brown. I'd been using pencil-type eyebrow pencils up until now, so I was shocked at how easy it was to use. It's thin and durable, so I can draw without any stress. The other end is a brush, so it's easy to blend.
I previously received this product as a gift from Suzykirei, and it was so easy to use that I decided to buy it again. It's powdery, so it has a nice matte texture that blends in without looking bulky. It's also great because it doesn't break even when you apply a little pressure. If there aren't any other products I'm interested in, I might buy it again.

It's super easy to draw!
It's thin, so it's easy to draw. I've always had trouble drawing eyebrows, and if I use a thick pencil, they end up looking super thick, and if I use one that's too thin, it's a pain to draw them, but I feel like I've finally found it! If I could be greedy, it would be great if there were a few more colors to choose from...!!
