How to use
In the morning and evening, after preparing your skin with lotion, take two pumps of the dispenser into your palm and gently apply it to your face. *If using in the morning, please use a cosmetic product with UV protection after use to protect the effects of retinol. ◇When using for the first time, press the dispenser several times until the contents come out. ◇After use, wipe the nozzle of the dispenser clean and be sure to close the overcap tightly. ◇If you spill the serum on a dressing table or other table, wipe it up immediately. ◇For hygiene reasons, do not remove the dispenser from the container during use. ◇If the dispenser no longer moves smoothly, please purchase a new one. ◇Do not place in direct sunlight or in high temperatures. ◇If you do not use the product for a while after opening, the contents remaining at the nozzle of the dispenser may occasionally harden, but this does not affect its usability. Remove the hardened contents before use. ◇The pearlescent agent may appear uneven when dispensed from the dispenser, but this does not affect its use. * If you have previously experienced problems with products containing retinol or if you are prone to skin problems (easily irritated skin or unstable skin condition), please refrain from using this product. * When using for the first time or if your skin is sensitive, we recommend gradually increasing the frequency of use: every 2-3 days at night for the first two weeks, and then every night for the following two weeks. * When using in combination with other products containing retinol, avoid using multiple products at once and use them one at a time while observing your skin's reaction. * Please follow the recommended frequency and amount of use.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
