Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I use At Barrier 365 Hydro Essence and At Barrier 365 Cream, but I noticed some drying effects, so I added this serum. My current skincare routine is to maximize moisture by first using Matsuyama Oil & Soy's Amino Acid Lotion Oil-in, then At Barrier 365 Hydro Essence, then At Barrier 365 Serum (at night only, HAKU), and then At Barrier 365 Cream. Adding this serum made my skin feel softer the next morning. The liquid is thick, but absorbs easily with hand pressing, and once absorbed, it doesn't feel sticky. It doesn't interfere with other products, which is a plus. It's great, but I wouldn't say I absolutely have to have this. I have other serums I'm interested in, so I'll wait until I've used it up before deciding whether to repurchase.
