Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

P.S.: It's perfectly usable in the winter too, if you layer a little cream on top! It spreads like water, so it's great as a light hand cream. It's not sticky at all and is lightly moisturizing, which is great! I was looking for a cream or lotion that wasn't too heavy for the summer, and when I saw the points back during Special Week, I bought it. It does have a strong scent, but I didn't mind. It's a scent I've never smelled before, haha. The texture doesn't feel like a lotion at all, it's smooth, like a heavy lotion or a slightly thick serum. It spreads like water and blends well into the skin, doesn't feel sticky after application, and is very moisturizing! I haven't used it in the winter, so I can't say for sure, but it was the perfect lotion for summer use. (*^^*) If I had to say something negative, it's not the best value for money, and it's a shame there's no refill. (´._.｀) The packaging is sturdy, smart, and cute, so I'd definitely buy it again if a refill comes out!
I use the entire line, including the lotion and cream. This is a very light emulsion that spreads easily like a lotion. For that reason, I think it's more suited to spring and summer than winter. However, if you layer it with a heavier cream, I think it will still moisturize properly even in winter. Like the lotion, it's gentle to use and has a refreshing scent. ◎ It has a strong scent when you first start using it, but it fades away after a while, so you won't get sick from the smell. I always use the cream and keep buying it again.
It's a fairly light lotion. It might be just right for spring and summer. In winter, I layer on cream, so it's not a problem for me. The scent isn't great, but it doesn't last long, so it doesn't bother me too much.
