How to use
1. Hold the device firmly. 2. Press and hold the power button (for about 2 seconds) to turn it on. The battery level will be displayed for about 2 seconds. *The device will automatically turn off after about 15 minutes of use. 3. Select your preferred mode. 4. Choose from the following options: ・Scalp sebum removal (using the spa brush) ・Scalp massage care (using the massage brush) ・Shoulder area care (using the massage brush) ・Other care options 5. After finishing your treatment, press and hold the power button (for about 2 seconds) to turn it off, and clean the device and brushes.

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
