Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I think I would be better off buying a cheaper, better lip scrub instead. I thought I would see results in a short period of time, but I didn't see any noticeable results. I think it did improve my peeling a little.

Thank you, Addiction! It's now an essential product, and I use it every morning and night. However, it has a strong scent, so it's best not to apply it before meals.
I bought this along with the liquid blush. I'm going to be critical, but I don't feel like it has any outstanding effects, and it feels like a regular lip balm. I use it as a primer, and the long-lasting moisturizing effect is similar to other lip balms. Lip balms usually take a long time to finish, so I hope I'll discover some special effect while I'm using them.
