Applying mascara over Volume Fixer will give your lashes a more voluminous look. Use this as a top coat after applying mascara and letting it dry completely to prevent mascara from smudging and keep your lashes lustrous.
How to Work It Into Your Routine
After curling your eyelashes with an eyelash curler, apply the product as a mascara base, gliding it down to the tips of your lashes. Then apply mascara, and once it has dried completely, apply another coat as a top coat.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: We ship all orders DDP (duties delivered prepaid) which means that we handle all the import and custom duties on our end and nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected by us. Please note that all local charges are your responsibility. Unfortunately, there is no current system that allows us to handle this on your behalf from Japan.
