A base and top coat recommended for use with mascara! Use it after curling your lashes with the Curl Fixer curler to keep them curled upward. Applying mascara over Volume Fixer will give your lashes a more voluminous look. Use this as a top coat after applying mascara and letting it dry completely to prevent mascara from smudging and keep your lashes lustrous.

After curling your eyelashes with an eyelash curler, apply the product as a mascara base, gliding it down to the tips of your lashes. Then apply mascara, and once it has dried completely, apply another coat as a top coat.
