Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's not great for carrying around, but it's extremely easy to use! Once it hardens, it stays on all day!
I bought this for daily use when I want to keep my hair in place. I don't like wax because it's sticky, but this is water-based and not sticky, so it's very easy to use! It keeps your hair in place, so I highly recommend it for people who don't want to mess up their style!
When I went back home, I borrowed it from my younger brother and was so surprised that I bought it immediately. It keeps my hair in place but doesn't make it hard. It's not sticky. And it's so easy to wash off! I don't like the feeling of gel or wax sticking to my hands, so this is a great help.
It has a slightly wet feel and doesn't harden, but it does keep it in place. It's great because it doesn't leave sticky residue on the short hairs at the parting line and it's pretty good! I'll be buying this again!
I have long hair, but I use it to tame flyaways and stray hairs when I tie my hair up. I also use it to set my long bangs so they don't hang down in front. Wax makes them bumpy, but this doesn't seem to do that. It's big, so it's great value for money. My son originally used it to style his hair after he joined the workforce, and I thought it was great. Even though I'm far away, when I see this styling product I feel happy that he's become independent.
