US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.

The powder is moist and feels smooth after applying with a brush. It's a colored powder, but I bought No. 2, and the color isn't too dark, so it doesn't transfer onto the mask.
