What it is
This damage repair shampoo focuses on hair hollowing*. Based on Active Electronic Water™*1, this penetrating lather, luxuriously formulated with seaweed extract and other hair repair ingredients, gently envelops the scalp and hair. How to use
After pre-washing your scalp and hair with warm water, take an appropriate amount of shampoo in your hands and work it evenly into your scalp and hair. Wash your hair a first time and then rinse. When washing your hair a second time, leave it as a foam pack for 3 minutes, enveloping your scalp and hair completely, allowing the moisturizing and repairing ingredients to penetrate deep into your hair. (For better results, wash your hair while massaging the foam into your scalp.)

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I won a sample from suzykirei. The shampoo lathers well, and the treatment is rich and moisturizing. When I dried my hair, it felt smooth to the touch. The gentle wood sage and sea salt scent is soothing.
I won a sample in a lottery on suzykirei, so thank you! It's a bit pricey, but it cleans my scalp nicely. I could smell it while washing, but I didn't notice it so much after drying (there are hair styling products with strong scents afterwards, so it's not a problem). It's smooth and moisturizing, and the price is a bit high, so I'm not sure if I'll buy it again, but I do want to wash my scalp with this sometimes.
I received a sample of Electron shampoo and treatment from suzykirei! I tried it right away. The shampoo has a great scent and doesn't get tangled in my fingers when I rinse it off, so it was easy to apply the treatment. Next came the treatment, which also leaves my hair smooth! The scent is unisex and spicy, unlike the shampoo, so I think people's tastes might be divided. I'd be happy if it smelled the same as the shampoo.

The shampoo lathers well, and the feel of it when you rinse it out is clearly different. It doesn't feel squeaky even though it's properly washed, and it feels like I've used a conditioner on my skin. Then the conditioner afterwards makes it even smoother. The next morning, my hair was so smooth I thought I'd used a straightening iron. I've used a lot of different hair care products up until now, but this is by far the best! Thank you for introducing me to such a great product.
