What it is
A silicone-free shampoo that is gentle on the skin and supports a healthy scalp environment. It is gentle enough to be used in daily care, and uses amino acid-based cleansing ingredients. The rich lather removes excess sebum and dirt while moisturizing hair. It also contains adsorptive hyaluronic acid that stays on the hair even after rinsing, keeping moisture in and preventing dryness. It contains Rehmannia Root Extract, which suppresses excess sebum secretion, one of the causes of scalp troubles, and Paeonia suffruticosa extract, which supports blood circulation in the scalp. It moisturizes the scalp and hair, creating a foundation for healthy hair. Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I always keep OSAJI shampoo on hand because it's gentle enough to use regardless of the scalp or hair condition. I've tried a variety of other shampoos, but I always end up coming back to OSAJI. I have long, thick, straight, coarse hair that doesn't cause much damage. The scent I liked disappeared after the new product, and while I don't dislike the current scent, it's still bothering me while washing, so I mainly use the unscented version. I didn't notice any difference after washing, whether it was scented or unscented. It lathers well, even on hair that uses hair oil, and it cleans easily, preventing tangles even on long hair. For me, this shampoo is truly unique. I use a different conditioner because it's too smooth for my hair and causes frizz, but I think I'll keep buying the shampoo. The only downside is that there isn't a direct store nearby, so I can only buy it online.
Considering cost-effectiveness, I stopped using Osaji's hair care products for a while, but my hair became increasingly dry and brittle, so I returned to them at my wit's end. Unfortunately, the price has gone up even further, making the cost-effectiveness worse, but I'm truly grateful that they kept the fragrance-free hair care products even after the renewal. While I don't think it's the intended use, applying this conditioner as a primer before applying a commercially available shampoo treatment brings life back to my rough, dry hair. Using this product leaves my hair feeling just the right amount of smooth and manageable at the end of the day, regardless of the weather, and it maintains a clean, beautiful appearance. It's not sticky and doesn't snag when you run your fingers through it. I think the fragrance-free nature of the product means that you can combine it with other hair care products without any discomfort and only feel the effects. When I have more money, I'd like to buy their shampoo again!
Lately, scented shampoos and conditioners have been making me nauseous, so I was looking for something fragrance-free that would keep my dyed hair moisturized and manageable. I tried a product for sensitive skin at the drugstore, but it made my hair itchy so much I gave up. It's a little...well, quite expensive, but since I'd already tried OSAJI hair care products out of curiosity, I was curious about this one too, so I bought it. Fragrance-free...it's great. What's more, I have a lot of coarse hair, but it left it smooth and moisturized after washing. I had a feeling that my damaged ends would become dry after rinsing out the conditioner, but that didn't happen. It was great. However, the pump was quite stressful.
