Its gentle formula, safe for daily use, incorporates amino acid-based cleansing ingredients*1. Its rich lather removes excess sebum and dirt while leaving hair feeling moisturized. It also contains adsorbent hyaluronic acid*2, which retains moisture even after rinsing, helping to prevent dryness. It contains Rehmannia Root Extract, which suppresses excessive sebum production, one of the causes of scalp problems, and Paeonia Suffruticosa Extract, which promotes scalp blood circulation*3. It moisturizes the scalp and hair, creating a foundation for healthy hair. Neutral Line: Fragrance-free*1, Sodium Lauroyl Methylalanine, Sodium Cocoyl Alanine*2, Hydroxypropyltrimonium Hyaluronate*3. How to use
Brush your hair and pre-wash before shampooing. Take an appropriate amount in the palm of your hand, work up a lather, gently massage your scalp, then rinse thoroughly. [How to refill] Be sure to refill into the "Osaji Neutral Smoothing Shampoo" bottle. Open the cap, being careful not to let the liquid splash out. Place the spout over the opening of the bottle and pour slowly. When refilling, do not wash the bottle or pump, but use it as is, to prevent the introduction of bacteria. If you wash the bottle or pump, be sure to dry them thoroughly before refilling. Do not use this product as is without refilling. After refilling, record the serial number on the bottom of the pack. (This may be required when making inquiries about the product.)

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I had a feeling that my damaged ends would become dry after rinsing out the conditioner, but that didn't happen. It was great. However, the pump was quite stressful.
