How to use
Brush your hair and pre-wash before shampooing. Take an appropriate amount in the palm of your hand, create a lather, gently massage your scalp, then rinse thoroughly. [How to refill] Be sure to refill into the "Osaji Tuning Smoothing Shampoo" bottle. Open the cap, being careful not to let the liquid splash out. Place the spout over the opening of the bottle and pour slowly. When refilling, do not wash the bottle or pump, but use it as is, to prevent the introduction of bacteria. If you wash the bottle or pump, be sure to dry them thoroughly before refilling. Do not use this product as is without refilling. After refilling, record the serial number on the bottom of the pack. (This may be required when making inquiries about the product.)

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The foam is soft and leaves hair shiny. Even if I try other products, I always come back to this one.
I love the scent of this series, so I buy a lot of them lol. As for the shampoo, it's very refreshing and light, and people with hard hair (like me) find it lacking. I usually shampoo twice a day, so I remove the wax while enjoying the scent with the first shampoo, and then use Milbon next. I think it's recommended for people with thin hair, men, and those with hard hair who are particular about treatment!
I've never used the product before the renewal, but this one is lighter to use. It may not be suitable for those looking for moisture or smoothness. The scent reminds me of a cypress bath. I recommend checking the scent in store before purchasing. I think it's a scent that will appeal to everyone. The feel is neither good nor bad, but it seems like it's not very cost-effective, so even though a refill is available, I'm not sure I'll buy it again.
I bought it because I liked the scent, but I think it's just average for the price, so I don't plan on buying it again.
