How to use
After shampooing, remove dirt from your hair and scalp, drain the water, apply conditioner starting from the ends, comb through with your fingers, and rinse thoroughly. [How to refill] Be sure to refill into the Osaji Tuning Repairing Conditioner bottle. Open the cap, being careful not to let the liquid splash out. Place the spout over the opening of the bottle and pour slowly. When refilling, do not wash the bottle or pump, but use it as is, to prevent the introduction of bacteria. If you wash the bottle or pump, be sure to dry them thoroughly before refilling. Do not use this product as is without refilling. After refilling, record the serial number on the bottom of the pack. (This may be required when making inquiries about the product.)

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
