What it is
This is a refill pouch exclusively for Neutral Moisture Soap (body soap). It features amino acid-based cleansing ingredients*1 that prevent skin from feeling tight due to over-washing. Its mild acidity, similar to skin's natural acidity, gently removes excess sebum and dirt. Using a foaming net creates a fine, airy lather that acts as a cushion to protect your skin. Adsorbent hyaluronic acid*2 and highly biocompatible moisturizing ingredients*3 retain moisture on the skin even after rinsing, keeping it hydrated and moisturized. Carefully selected moisturizing ingredients ensure a moisturizing feel while reducing stickiness and achieving a texture that rinses off easily. Neutral Line: Fragrance-free*1, Sodium Lauroyl Methylalanine*2, Hydroxypropyltrimonium Hyaluronate*3, Polyquaternium-51. This product is a refill and does not include a bottle.

How to use
Lather an appropriate amount well with a foaming net or similar. Take the foam in your hands and gently wash your body. Then rinse thoroughly. [How to refill] Be sure to refill into the "Osaji Neutral Moisture Soap" bottle. Open the cap, being careful not to let the liquid splash out. Place the spout over the mouth of the bottle and pour slowly. When refilling, do not wash the bottle or pump, but use it as is, to prevent the introduction of bacteria. If you wash the bottle or pump, be sure to dry them thoroughly before refilling. Do not use this product as is without refilling. After refilling, record the serial number on the bottom of the pack. (This may be required when making inquiries about the product.)

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
