What it is
This is a refill pouch exclusively for the Neutral Clearing Wash (hand wash). The specially designed pump foamer creates a rich, bouncy lather that envelops your hands, gently cleansing them with the same mildly acidic amino acid-based cleansing ingredients*1 as your skin. It also contains absorbent hyaluronic acid*2 to retain moisture and address the dryness that can be a concern every time you wash your hands. You'll feel hydrated even after washing. The stylish container complements any bathroom vanity, making it a perfect addition to any home. It also makes a great gift for a special someone. How to use
Press the pump to dispense an appropriate amount of foam, then wash your hands by enveloping them in the foam, then rinse thoroughly. [How to refill] Be sure to refill into the "Osaji Neutral Clearing Wash" bottle. Open the cap, being careful not to let the liquid splash out. Place the spout over the mouth of the bottle and pour slowly. When refilling, do not wash the bottle or pump, but use them as is, to prevent the introduction of germs. If you wash the bottle or pump, be sure to dry them thoroughly before refilling. Do not use this product as is without refilling. After refilling, record the serial number on the bottom of the pack. (This may be required when making inquiries about the product.)

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
