How to use
(1) Rinse your face lightly with lukewarm or cold water. (2) Place a cherry-sized amount in the palm of your hand and create a generous amount of lather with lukewarm or cold water. Using a foaming net will create a finer lather. (3) Cover your entire face with the generous amount of lather and gently wash using the pads of your fingers. (4) Then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm or cold water. You can also use it as a scrub with wet hands in areas where pores are particularly clogged.

Do you offer express shipping?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's a gentle scrub that doesn't strain the skin even when used morning and night. I also feel like my pores have become less noticeable since using this face wash.
It's very easy to use
I was looking for a scrub face wash that wasn't too harsh. I use it with a foaming net. The fluffy foam feels great and the scent is refreshing. It leaves my skin feeling refreshed, but still moisturized, and my skin looks one tone brighter. I have thin skin, so I only use it about once a week, so the amount is just right for me, but I think the cost-effectiveness is a little lower than other products.
I was searching for a good face wash to combat pore enlargement and found this. I mainly use it at night to wash my face. I use Shu's Ultime 8 to remove my makeup, and then I use this face wash. It leaves my skin feeling very clean. It doesn't dry out my skin, though. I like the subtle citrus scent. It feels good, so I'll try using it for a while.
