Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

If you have thick, dry hair and are troubled by frizz, we recommend using this in combination with Oshima Tsubaki! Honestly, this alone doesn't improve the dryness... I bought the hair water to add moisture... After shampooing and towel drying, I spray this hair mist all over my hair, let it soak in, then dry it with a hair dryer, and finally apply Oshima Tsubaki to the ends and surface of my hair! The hair mist's effect of eliminating frizz and softening it, combined with the hair oil's damage protection and shine-enhancing properties, leaves my hair shiny and smooth! Please give it a try!
I was concerned about dryness after using a hair dryer, so I used it on the ends of my hair, which are the most damaged, before using the hair dryer! I received this as a gift from Suzykirei. Thank you. I use a straightening iron every day, so I tried using it before. It seems to slightly reduce frizz and make my hair more manageable, but I'm not sure if this effect will last. It's different from the products you buy at the salon, but I think it's good for everyday use. I don't plan on buying it again.
