What it is
The popular Authentic Woman series includes a "new concept" foundation foundation, cheek & lip, and highlighter with a powder x cushion puff that creates a smooth, flat skin the more you layer it. Among them, the "foundation" that was particularly popular in SS2024 will evolve further and be released as a standalone item in AW. What makes this item unique is the new concept of applying powder with a cushion puff. The brand's director, Chiaki Shimada, tried out various items to find the tool that would maximize the effects of the newly developed powder, and arrived at a puff for cushion foundation. This foundation follows the current ideal of Brilliage, which makes your skin look more beautiful the more you layer it. Just apply it quickly and you will have a healthy, natural, lustrous skin that looks as if it was finished with liquid. Moreover, the beauty of your skin will increase without the feeling of thick application every time you layer it. Three types of powder with different effects create a 360-degree flat skin. Three types of powders with different effects are carefully selected and mixed to cover unevenness of the skin and make the surface look smooth. Each powder has its own effect, making it beautiful, smooth, poreless skin from any angle. Three types of plate-shaped powders adhere to the skin. Creates poreless skin. Keeps your makeup fresh for a long time! Contains sebum fixing powder that firmly absorbs sebum, one of the major causes of makeup coming off. How to use
1. Remove the protective sticker from the mirror before use. 2. Remove the powder foundation (refill) (sold separately) from the refill case and place it in the compact. 3. To remove the refill from the compact, use a pin or similar to push the hole at the bottom of the compact.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

@brilliage_official This time I tried the Houtari Fantasy Rechentari Crow (40) and Crayon Lip (Burgundy Beige), and they were amazing!! Powder foundations tend to be a bit dry or powdery, and I had the impression they weren't suitable for dry skin or during dry seasons, but this foundation is something else entirely!! How can I describe it... It's a little more moisturizing than traditional powder foundations (you can see this clearly by looking at the texture on the puff in the picture), and it's not powdery at all. That's why it feels so light on the skin, and the exquisite moistness is just amazing. It was a new sensation. BRILLIAGEPOWDERY FOUNDATION LEGENDARY GLOW SPF40 PA+++. It's a unique powder foundation that's applied with a cushion puff. I've tried a few powder foundations, but this one was the most moisturizing and had the best adhesion. It blurs redness, light blemishes, and pores, and has a finish similar to that of a regular foundation and powder. When I touched my skin after application, it felt moisturized, without any dryness. It doesn't feel thick, so I can layer it multiple times to adjust the consistency. #Brilliage

A revolution in powder foundation?! It's been a while since I last used powder, but it feels so light and gives a radiant glow! I was surprised because I had always imagined it would be matte.
