Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been buying the full size product, but I thought it would be nice to have the mini size for just 500 yen, so I bought it. It doesn't dry out or crumble, and it has just the right amount of coverage, so it's great.
I absolutely love this!!! I have thin, fair, dry skin, and regular foundations tend to come off easily, but this one stays on! It's moisturizing and doesn't irritate my skin at all. I really don't know why it's not more popular...
I use it in conjunction with the primer from the Intensive Skin Serum series. I love that it's highly moisturizing and doesn't make the area around my eyes or my nasolabial folds look prickly. Even though it's a serum foundation, it has decent coverage and doesn't easily break down when it dries. Even after I remove the foundation, my skin still feels fresh. I recommend that people with dry skin use it together with the primer. I'll definitely buy it again even after I run out.

I've been using the powder and it's been great, so I've been wanting to try the cushion for a while, and finally bought it! I'm glad it gives me beautiful skin in an instant. ★Update a few days later: When I applied Bobbi's powder with a puff, it made my pores look more prominent and my skin felt dull. I was disappointed, thinking maybe I'd made a mistake, considering how expensive it was...? But when I applied the NARS powder with a brush, my skin was smooth! I was so relieved. I'll try applying Bobbi's powder with a brush again.
