Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The mask is thin but soft and contains plenty of beauty essence, so it adheres well to the skin. It is hypoallergenic, moisturizes the skin after use, and is not sticky.
I like Mediheal masks and have tried a variety of them. This one was no exception, the sheet was soaked with liquid and not too thin, which was good. No one noticed anything while using it. I'm not sure about the whitening effect, but it does moisturize. It takes time for the liquid to fully penetrate before applying makeup, so I recommend using it at night.
Mediheal sheet masks are a sure thing! I wasn't sure about the effectiveness, but I like them because they can be used with any combination of skincare products before and after! I'd like to use this sheet mask for a while longer.
The essence is like a milky lotion and the sheet is runny, so it's hard to open, but I personally like sheets that are like yuba, so this is perfect. The sheet is thin and fits nicely. I don't feel it's particularly effective, but as long as it moisturizes, it's fine. The scent is a bit citrusy?
It's easy to use and has excellent moisturizing power (^_-)♪ I use it as a reward on tired days ( ＾ω＾ )
