Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I like that it doesn't hurt my skin. The shaving experience is neither good nor bad. I cut my hair often, so I think it's good.
I bought this for my VIO hair removal needs, but the shaver was much easier to use. It cuts V beautifully, but IO was a bit tricky.
Although it says VIO, I use it on my whole body. This product is far better than the ones I've used before, shaving cleanly from the root, and the hair is not noticeable after shaving. It feels like hair removal! If you remove hair after shaving, it's even more effective. There's no pain when shaving, and no stinging afterward. I've bought it again and again.
I use it carefully to ensure it is smooth and I pay close attention to the small details.
