How to use
After washing your face, take a 500 yen coin-sized amount in your palm and spread it over both hands. Press with your hands to distribute the moisture evenly over your entire face. (Usage Precautions) .If any irritation occurs on your skin after exposure to direct sunlight, discontinue use. .After use, wipe the opening of the container thoroughly and be sure to close the cap tightly. .Do not store in direct sunlight or in a high-temperature location. .If crystals of the ingredients in the contents adhere to the opening of the container, wipe them off before use. .Due to the characteristics of the contents, there may be discrepancies in the color appearance or floating particles, but this does not affect usability. .If the cap or inner stopper of the main container no longer closes properly, please purchase the entire product.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was so impressed by the quality of Skin Wrap that I became addicted to Shiseido and started using the whole line. This lotion alone is so moisturizing that it doesn't feel dry. But you have to use the emulsion as well (lol). It has the same scent as Skin Wrap, is easy to use, and I really like it. There's nothing particularly bad about it that made me give it a -1. However, I was so impressed with Skin Wrap that I wasn't as impressed with the lotion (it's an amazing lotion!), so I just gave it a -1 to make up for it m(_ _)m... Also, I want a perfume with this scent... (lol)
After thoroughly reading everyone's reviews, I bought this with high expectations. It was a great choice! For those of you who don't like thicker products, this is great! It blends in so well that you'll wonder if it even likes your skin. And yet, it doesn't feel so light that it disappears too quickly. It blends in well and deeply moisturizes. It doesn't feel sticky even after two applications. It doesn't interfere with your makeup. I highly recommend this to anyone who prefers a watery lotion but has found it lacking in volume. It's a bit pricey, so that's something to consider. So, for those of you who've read my review and are interested, here's some useful information: I know the exact same type of lotion: Weleda's "Pomegranate Firming Lotion EX." They're both equally good! Since Weleda is cheaper, it might feel a little more refreshing. It might actually be just a little. You can choose based on price, or if you've used one and liked it, try the other, or switch it up every time you want a change of pace. Either way, they're both great.
Thank you for winning the sample! The moment I applied it, it felt like it was absorbed into my skin (lol). I even told my husband, who was sitting next to me, that my skin was drinking it up. It's expensive, so I'm hesitant, but I really want the actual product (lol).
Cosmetics tend to be harder to absorb as you age, but this product penetrates perfectly, just as instructed. I have extremely dry skin, but it's still very moisturizing. After all, older women should use cosmetics specifically for older women. When my skin is properly hydrated, serums and creams work better, and the overall appearance of my skin has changed. Frankly, I feel younger lol. However, I apply a generous amount of lotion until it runs out, regardless of the amount recommended on the product, and this method leaves my skin feeling a bit sticky.
