How to use
After shampooing, lightly drain the water. Pump 1 to 3 times and work it into your hair. Gently rinse. <How to refill into a pump bottle> (1) To open. Place your hand on the top of the bag. (Liquid may come out if you hold the body.) Be careful of the cut edge. Caution. Cut along the lines on the package. Dispose of any scraps properly. (2) To pour. Insert the spout into the bottle and pour slowly. *Hooking it onto the bottle's neck will stabilize it and make refilling easier. Before refilling, wash the inside of the bottle and the pump thoroughly and allow it to dry before refilling. As it contains many conditioning ingredients and has a high viscosity, refill slowly and carefully to avoid overflowing. If the bottle becomes full to the neck while refilling, tap the bottom of the bottle 3 to 5 times to create space at the top and make it easier to pour.

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
