How to use
Take an appropriate amount onto a sponge or towel soaked in warm water and lightly lather before use. < the pump>. When first using, hold (1) in place with your hand, turn the nozzle (2) in the direction of the arrow to raise the head, and empty the pump several times until the contents come out. Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been using Nivea for a while, but I ended up buying this one for no apparent reason... I don't dislike the lavender scent, but, hmm... it's a bit too strong, like an old lady smell or a toilet deodorizer, so it's not a relaxing bath time. I'll switch to Nivea again when I run out.
