How To Use

If the size is too large, cut it to size before use. Place it on top of your shoe insole with the textured side facing up. The recommended usage period is 2-3 days, but it is time to replace it when the texture starts to flatten. Replace it if you sweat a lot or if it gets wet in the rain. *Due to the characteristics of the material, paper fibers may adhere to shoes, socks, or stockings. *Please note that color may transfer to socks or stockings depending on usage conditions. *Due to the paper processing, fibers may be present, but this does not affect usage.
